Located on the ocean side of A1A, this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat offers private community beach access just 30 yards from the front door—with no streets to cross! Enjoy ocean views, thoughtfully designed interiors, comfortable accommodations for six, and plenty of opportunities for relaxation and family fun.

**BEACH DAYS MADE EASY**

Early riser? You're in for something special. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and take a short stroll to the beach to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic. The colors reflecting across the ocean and sky make for a magical start to the day—and one of our favorite things about this beautiful stretch of coast.

And there's another special surprise: when rockets launch from Cape Canaveral or Kennedy Space Center, you may be able to watch them soar into the sky right from our community beach! It's an unforgettable experience when the timing and viewing conditions align. Launch schedules, weather, and visibility vary, so sightings aren't guaranteed.

With the beach just steps away, there's no need to load up the car or search for parking. Grab one of our six Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, bodyboard, or beach toys and head to the sand whenever the mood strikes.

After a day by the ocean, rinse off in the private outdoor shower featuring hot and cold running water, a rainfall showerhead, handheld sprayer, and teak mat.

**RELAX IN COASTAL COMFORT**

The bright, welcoming living room features ocean views, a spacious Kova sectional, oversized chair with ottoman, warm natural wood accents, and a wall-mounted TV. Natural light and inviting textures create the perfect setting to relax after a day at the beach.

Three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each featuring its own Smart TV and blackout curtains:

- **Bedroom 1:** King bed and Yogasleep sound machine.
- **Bedroom 2:** King bed and Yogasleep sound machine.
- **Bedroom 3:** Two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king with advance arrangements.

Both full bathrooms feature rainfall showers, and the second bathroom includes a bidet.

The well-equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, a spacious island, stainless-steel appliances, quality cookware, and thoughtfully stocked essentials.

Start your morning your way at our dedicated coffee and tea bar. Enjoy a Keurig Duo for K-Cups or traditional drip coffee, whole-bean coffee with a grinder, assorted K-Cups, creamers, and sweeteners. Tea lovers will appreciate the kettle and selection of teas provided.

Gather around the six-person dining table for shared meals and evenings of friendly competition with our collection of classic board games.

**FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY**

Our dedicated Game Lounge offers arcade entertainment, a 55-inch TV, DVD player, and an extensive collection of movies for cozy nights in.

Keep the fun going with oversized Connect Four, cornhole, and outdoor seating in the private yard.

Traveling with little ones? A Pack 'n Play and highchair are provided for your convenience.

Just across A1A, you'll find Publix, Dunkin', 7-Eleven, Bruno's Pizza, and other casual dining and everyday essentials.

Approximately 2 miles away, Granada Boulevard offers a variety of local restaurants, charming boutiques, shopping, and places to explore.

Looking for a little more excitement? Daytona Beach is approximately 15 minutes away, while Daytona International Speedway is about 25 minutes away under typical driving conditions.

The home also sits along the celebrated Ormond Scenic Loop & Trail, a favorite route for scenic coastal drives, motorcycle rides, and cycling.

Whether you're planning a relaxing beach vacation, a family getaway, or a visit for the Daytona 500, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, or Jeep Beach, you'll have a wonderful home base for exploring the area.

Planning a theme park adventure? Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort are also within reach for a day trip. Spend a day enjoying Orlando's world-famous attractions, then return to the relaxed coastal atmosphere of your beach retreat.

**GOOD TO KNOW**

The home backs onto Ocean Shore Boulevard, so occasional traffic and motorcycle noise may be audible, particularly during Bike Week and other major events. Yogasleep sound machines are provided in the two road-facing king bedrooms for added comfort.

The living room fireplace is decorative only. Lighting fires or using the fireplace is strictly prohibited.

Complimentary off-street parking is available in the designated area along the white fence.
